Please reach us at documents@forepointa2b.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Go to this link https://app.contractorcompliance.io/#/login/ and, type in your email and password.
Click on the top right circle that says “resource”, and you will see a list of the vehicle requirements and their current status.
No, all the requirements starting with EverDriven Only are handled directly by EverDriven and don’t require any action from your/our side. Most of the time, you can be eligible to drive or monitor even if some of these requirements show as incomplete.
Go to the requirement that is being declined, click on view, and scroll down, in the last column on the right you’ll see a note explaining the reason why it was declined. Some of the most common reasons are: the wrong document was uploaded, the document is not legible (blurry or low-quality photo), or it has the wrong expiration date. You can always re-submit the document.
Don't forget that you can only use the vehicle that's registered in our system (Contractor Compliance) for your routes. If you're thinking about making a change, please be sure to let your area manager and the documentation team know. This way, we can ensure the switch goes smoothly and you won't run into any eligibility problems.
You can find the download links for Apple or Android devices at the following link https://forepointa2b.com/driver-app
Type in your email and type your Driver ID (not the MDD) as your password.
If you are trying to open the driver app and see a notification saying “not eligible” this means that most likely a document expired or was declined in Contractor Compliance.
You can either, access your Contractor Compliance account and verify which document is showing as not complete and upload it or contact documents@forepointa2b.com to get further assistance.
Important: if you have a route assigned and are showing as not eligible, even if you upload the missing documents immediately it may take several hours for the document to be approved and your eligibility to be updated in the app. So, maintain all the documentation up to date to avoid issues with your routes.
From student’s home: If the student has not shown up after 5 minutes of the scheduled pick up time, you are able to click “No-show” on the app, and continue your trip.
From school: After allowing all the students to exit the school, no less than 10 minutes, you are able to click “No-show” on the app and continue your trip.
Notes:
No, you can only drive the student to the location specified in the app, if there is any change to the route the parents must notify the school district so the route can be updated in the system. You can’t make changes if the requests are made verbally to you. Ask the parents or person requesting to call the school district to request the modification.
Note: please stick with the instructions you see on the app.
No, you only get paid if you arrive at the pick-up point and the student does not show up, or if you get notified about the cancellation once you’re there.
If the route is canceled within 2 hours of the scheduled pick up time, it is called a “late cancellation” and it’ll be paid.
No, please pay attention to the dates/times showing in the text message, if you have nay questions contact your area manager. Permanent route cancellations will be notified via email.
Once you start working, you’ll receive an email from the accounting team, sharing a Google Drive folder, once you access this folder, you’ll see all your service receipts (payment stubs).
If you haven’t received the email with the shared folder, try searching your inbox, junk, and spam folders for the sender accounting@forepointa2b.com. If you don’t see anything please send an email to accounting@forepointa2b.com requesting access to the shared folder.
Payments are made on Fridays. The school districts release payments one week after any completed work week, this means that the trips you made this week are going to be paid on the following Friday.
You can direct all of your payment-related inquiries to accounting@forepointa2b.com, please be detailed on the information given so the accounting team can assist you.
If you changed your bank account or would like to update the payment information, please go to this link, download the form, and fill in the information. Then send us the filled form to accounting@forepointa2b.com and documents@forepointa2b.com
The payment is made based on the miles that you drive from the first pick-up location to the last drop-off location on each assigned route, regardless of the number of students in the route.
The minimum amount paid is $32/trip (this is for routes that are 16 miles or less), this rate may be different in areas such as Tampa and Philadelphia. For more information on the payment structure please see this video: https://youtu.be/HDWVmiMH6zk
If you’d like detailed information on the payment structure, go to this link and search for the rates of your area.
The route miles correspond to the shortest distance from the pick-up to the drop-off point, excluding toll roads. So, it doesn't matter which way you take to complete the route, what matters in terms of payment is the mileage set by the districts.
You don't get paid based on the number of students, you get paid for the calculated miles.

The company is also not responsible for withholding Social Security or Medicare taxes.
No, as you are a 1099 contractor, we can’t generate an employment certificate (you are not employed by us). However, we can generate an acknowledgment, describing your 1099 position with our company and your start date.
Yes, we encourage our team members to have several sources of income. The only thing we always emphasize is that you can’t work for another company that offers the same service as ours.
Note: you are not able to service your school district with a different company once you are associated with us.
Monitors have a fixed rate, which is $20/shift, this means that if you have a morning and afternoon shift, you’ll be paid $40/day.
Note: some areas or specific cases may change the rate, so contact your area manager for further information.
No, EverDriven’s app is only for drivers, you don’t need to access any app or platform to be a monitor.
Note: in some areas, they may require a signing sheet, please verify with your area manager.
All activity performed by the student monitor is captured in the driver app (operated by the driver).
Note: in the rare case that we require you to report your activity we will let you know how to do it.
