REFERRAL PROGRAM

Overview

Any “existing driver/monitor” providing services on behalf of ForePointA2B can refer a “net new driver/monitor” and earn a referral incentive of $50

Eligibility Criteria

  • The new driver/monitor must be a “net new driver”, as defined below
  • The “net new driver/monitor” must be referred by submitting the form provided via a unique link given to them by the referring “existing driver/monitor”, and the “net new driver/monitor” must be referred before beginning the process of becoming eligible for service trips.
  • The referred “net new driver/monitor” must be successfully vetted and deemed eligible to service trips in Contractor Compliance, be routed, and complete a total of 40 trips successfully for the referring “existing driver/monitor” to qualify for the incentive.
  • The “net new driver/monitor” and “existing driver/monitor” must be in “good standing” with no outstanding exceptions as defined below
  • A “net new driver/monitor” may only be eligible for one instance of qualifying for the incentive. For example, if a referred driver/monitor receives a referral from more than one existing driver, they will only be paid for the first referral.
  • An “existing driver/monitor” may refer an unlimited number of “net new drivers/monitors” until the language of the program as defined on this web page states differently.
  • The “net new driver/monitor” may begin to refer other “net new drivers/monitors” after they become fully eligible. The payment terms and conditions will follow those listed above.
  • ForePointA2B reserves the right to rescind or modify the terms of this program at our sole discretion, without notice per our business needs, and any changes will not constitute a violation of the terms of this program.

Defined Start/End Dates

  • Start date: January 1, 2024
  • End date: Ongoing, subject to change at ForePointA2B’s sole discretion

Exceptions

If a trip offer is serviced and a technology issue occurs at no fault of the driver, then the driver should contact the area manager within 48 hours to confirm the trip was serviced and details surrounding the technology failure. ForePointA2B will review the case and determine the validity of the claim. If such claim is deemed to be true and accurate, then the trip that was affected will count towards the total number of trips as stated in the incentive program details.
